While it is preferable for you to be present during the first cleaning, it is not mandatory for subsequent cleanings. Simply arrange to provide us with a key, and we will take care of cleaning your house.

To ensure their suitability, we require them to undergo a police clearance, have appropriate insurance coverage, and meet our communication standards. Typically, we strive to assign the same cleaner for your regular cleanings. However, in some cases where their availability is limited, a different cleaner may be assigned. Rest assured; we will inform you in advance if such a change occurs.
If it has been more than six weeks since the last cleaning, we recommend scheduling a deep clean. For a 3-4 bedroom/2 bathroom house, a deep clean usually takes approximately 5 hours. Following that, regular cleaning sessions for a similar-sized house typically range from 3 to 4 hours if scheduled fortnightly.
